Wildflowers of Spring 2021

5/12/2021

by Alicia Carlson

Vermont Coverts Outreach Technician

Watching wildflowers pop out of the ground is one of my favorite parts of spring. This is the third spring that I've spent observing the woods around my home in western Rutland County, and I have enjoyed seeing familiar flowers appear and finding others that are new to me. Here are just a few of my favorites that I saw this year.
