Coverts Council

Council Meetings are open to the public and held at Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, Woodstock, VT. The meetings are usually held bi-monthly beginning in January on the second Tuesday, from 1 - 3:30pm. Email info@vtcoverts.org or call 802-877-2777 to confirm meeting time and location.

Coverts is an English word dating to the 14th century, pronounced "cuh-verts" (not "coe-verts"). It refers to dense thickets that provide shelter for wildlife.
